Revolution: A one-of-a-kind combo of 30 minutes of group cycling and 30 minutes of boot camp.
Group cycling: A cardio workout designed to increase your speed and endurance.
Kettlebells: Led by an RKC and AKC certified trainer, our kettlebell classes improve core strength & overall conditioning.
All Joust instructors are certified personal trainers who are willing and able to design a custom workout plan that helps you be the best you possible. We'll create a personalized plan to push you to your next milestone.
Joust's staff nutritionist, Melissa Gerharter, is a certified trainer and Registered Dietitian, not to mention an amazing athlete. Her experience and expertise make Melissa uniquely well-qualified to help you realize your nutrition goals. Melissa works one-on-one with clients to develop a custom meal plan that can align what you're eating with what you want to achieve, whether it's weight loss, better health or improved athletic performance.
